Lisa demonstrated that she is a self-starter who does not need close management to have an impact. She was able to take on projects with limited direction and make them her own, effectively collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and earning the respect of her peers and colleagues. In addition, she quickly mastered our internal processes and systems and adapted to challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.

Lisa showed a passion for customer centricity that served her very well on our partner marketing team, where her compassion and eagerness to understand our customers greatly contributed to the execution and success of her final product. She approached every challenge with an open perspective, thinking critically and developing thoughtful solutions to deliver a welcome video series for our partners (property owners who list on Vrbo).

During her time at Vrbo, I heard nothing but praise from my colleagues. Her professional demeanor and confidence were on display (literally) as she led presenting her project results to executives in our Monthly Product Review, which is broadcast to 3,000+ employees worldwide. This forum is typically led by product and marketing managers, but Lisa’s participation was a testament to her performance and leadership on the project. She presented with the utmost professionalism and excellent delivery, impressing leaders with her confidence and public speaking skills.
